Unplug the 2 connectors on the corner of the card.

Unscrew the shroud screws circled blue and lift up from the slot side pasing tabs between fan blades.

Remove the screw securing the power cable and bend away 2 metal tabs on the heat sink.

Remove fan screws circled red.

Red screws hold the heat sink.

With heat sink removed the last connector can be unplugged.

Remove blue screws to get to the thermal pads.
