The condensation collector extracts excess moisture. A missing or damaged condensation collector can lead to a pot that leaks water.

    • Locate the condensation collector on the back of the pot, opposite of the LED Display.

    • Check the collector for signs of damage.

    • If the collector is damaged e.g. cracked, remove it by gently pulling out from the pot and replace it with a new collector.
