Introduction

If the phone has a Screen Pattern, PIN lock and you haven't installed Google account on it you have to factory / master reset it to bypass the security.

This will erase all your personal information!!!

    • Remove the battery for a while.

    • Press and hold simultaneously the Volume Down and the Power button.

    • Use the volume Up / Down buttons for a movement and the Power button for select.

    • Select "FACTORY RESET". The phone will restarts.

    This didn’t work it just went back to the screen with the hboot on it you have to click on the hboot to get it to go to the list with the factory reset option. I was doing a factory rest from the settings option had the back off the phone and the battery fell out before it finished setting back to factory specs.
