    • Turn the power off on the camera by turning the power dial.

    • Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the camera by sliding the release button.

    • This will release the door and you will be able to open it.

    • Push in the yellow tab to release the battery.

    • Slowly pull the battery out of the camera.

    • When putting the new battery in, do not force it in, it should go in smooth and easily.
