The process of replacing the keypad is a bit challenging and requires patience and attention to detail. The equipment you are working with is very delicate and if not assembled properly, it will break.

            Locate the 4 screws holes on the phone and remove them with the #000 Philips Head screwdriver. (See red circles)

            After the connector has been removed you will gently pull off the mother board, which will reveal the rubber keypad.
