Introduction

Several factors can cause the harness to crack or break. If this is the case, you must replace the harness entirely. Doing so will consist of ordering a replacement battery harness.

    • Locate the battery pack on the back of the device all the way at the bottom.

    • Once you located the battery pack, carefully push on the pack and down at the same time to open the back plate.

    • After the back plate is open, the harness battery is accessible.

    • Locate the plug for the battery harness in order to pull it out carefully from where it is plugged.
