- 3+ years      of experience in customer service in assessing client needs, resolving      client/customer concerns, addressing challenging situations and fostering      strong client relationships.
- 2+ years      of experience in planning, executing, managing office meetings
- Excellent      understanding of security threats including Backdoors, Trojan Horses,      Denial of Service attacks, IP Spoofing, Network Sniffing, Worms and      Phishing Emails
 
- Projects/accomplishments—I have coded many programs including calculators, and games
- Repair experience—i have recently installed an SSD into my laptop and have changed my hardrive multiples on PC and Laptop both. I have worked on cars, doing oil changes and basic car check up to ensure it is in working condition.
- Accolades—I have won a couple of athletic awards, along with 2 scholarships in the first two years of university.
- Hobbies—I love to read books which make me look at the world and my career from a different perspective, I enjoy watching sports, I love to play basketball, workout and eat healthy.
- How does this project relate to you?—With this project I believe it would add on to my skills and allow me to include another project/achievement on my resume. It would also allow me to  expand my knowledge and learn something new about the project which would be beneficial in my career.
- Any other fun facts you’d like to add?— I am an outgoing and easy to work with individual who is very open minded and willing to take on any challenges or project in my career.
