- Each territory has its own condition and background. The people in a branch office may be of a different culture than its headquarters.
 - You may be a stranger and need to blend in. Usually its through some jovial meetings you are looked upon as an insider and trusted.
 - Some clients or prospects are picky and too busy to sit down and explain their needs. You have to be prepared or knows the right scripts.
