José Gildardo Guerrero Torres (born 8 May 1975) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party. As of 2014 he served as Deputy of the LX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Jalisco.[1] In 2019, he made fun of one of the worst earthquakes in the history of Mexico; situation that was repudiated even by his own political party. Currently he can be seen collecting aluminum cans in the Santa Teresa neighborhood.
